Welcome to Humble Alpha Leaders
You’re stepping into a private space designed for leaders ready to expand — in business, in presence, and in life.
By joining, you agree to lead with Honesty, Integrity, and Transparency (H.I.T.) — the principles that define how we live and lead.
Humble Alpha Leaders exists to equip entrepreneurs and executives with the strategies, frameworks, and personal tools to grow their impact through:
Identity mastery and clarity of purpose
Relational capital and trust-based deal-making
Strategic growth and equity acquisition
This is more than a group. It’s a high-trust environment where leaders co-create, share experiences, and support one another through transparency and accountability.
By participating, you acknowledge that you’ve read and accepted these Terms. They protect every member’s experience and the integrity of our space. If something doesn’t align with your values, it’s best not to join.
Eligibility & acceptance
To join this community, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Complete the application or payment process.
Agree to abide by these Terms and the Skool platform rules.
Membership is granted at the discretion of the Humble Alpha Leaders team. We reserve the right to approve or deny membership at any time to protect the integrity of the community.
Payments, access & refund policy
Access to Humble Alpha Leaders may require a one-time payment, a subscription, or a program enrolment.
By purchasing access, you agree that:
All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Access is granted through a private Skool group; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
The team reserves the right to revoke access for any reason, including violation of these Terms or breach of community integrity.
New members may request a refund within the first seven (7) days of joining if the community does not align with their expectations. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Code of conduct
Our community thrives on trust. To protect that, every member agrees to:
1. Respect confidentiality.
Everything shared inside Humble Alpha Leaders — discussions, recordings, or resources — stays here. What happens in the room, stays in the room.
2. Lead with respect.
We speak openly, challenge constructively, and never attack personally. Harassment, hate speech, or manipulation have no place here.
3. No unsolicited pitching or selling.
This is not a marketplace. Collaborations arise naturally through trust and shared values. Direct solicitation without consent is not allowed.
4. Contribute with presence.
Show up fully. Listen as much as you share. Bring real questions, insights, and support that align with our mission of growth through authenticity and impact.
5. Protect intellectual property.
All community materials — videos, frameworks, recordings, and written content — are for personal use only. Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute them outside the group.
6. Integrity in action.
Your membership reflects your commitment to lead with humility, strength, and truth. Any behavior misaligned with the principles of Honesty, Integrity, and Transparency may result in removal without refund.
Community integrity clause
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member whose behavior disrupts the community environment, violates confidentiality, or conflicts with our values of honesty, integrity, and transparency.
Confidentiality & non-disclosure
This community operates on trust. You agree to keep confidential:
All strategies, discussions, and shared experiences.
Proprietary methods, business insights, and deal structures shared within the group.
The identities and personal stories of members.
This obligation continues even after your membership ends.
Intellectual property
All materials shared within Humble Alpha Leaders — including videos, frameworks, call recordings, templates, and written content — are the exclusive property of the creators and Humble Alpha Leaders.
You agree not to:
Reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the community.
Use the content to create competing products, programs, or services.
Claim any materials as your own.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination and legal action.
No guarantees
Humble Alpha Leaders is an educational and strategic community, not a financial, legal, or investment advisory service.
We do not guarantee:
Business or financial success.
Income generation or profitability.
Specific results or outcomes from participation.
You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and results. All strategies and discussions are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
Humble Alpha Leaders and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for your business outcomes, personal decisions, or use of shared information.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the group is to discontinue participation.
Changes to these terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect the evolution of the community. Any updates will be announced via the Skool platform or email.
Continued participation after updates means continued agreement with the revised Terms.
